CILJ/AIM
Cilj ovog kratkog kursa je ojačati razumjevanje procesa digitalne transformacije kao procesa promjene načina razmišljanja i pristupa u poslovanju, koji trebaju omogućiti unapređenje svih aspekata života, a posebno doprinjeti smanjenju ekološkog pritiska prehrambenog sistema (food system) i uz primjenu LEAN upravljačkog sistema omogućiti smanjenje svih vrsta neefikasnosti i stvaranja otpada, odnosno stvaranja negativnih eksternalija. Studenti će saznati nešto više o razlici između digtalne transformacije i digitalizacije, kao i potrebi da se digitalna transformacija vrši na promišljen sistemski način, koji je planiran u okviru poslovnih strategija (case study). Dodatno će studenti dobiti neka osnovna znanja o IoT sistemima njihovoj važnosti, kako bi mogli i samostalno donijeti odluke o IoT arhitekturi (posebno koristiti određene platforme) i djelimično samostalno rješavati neke probleme. Uz sve navedeno, studenti će imati priliku da obračunaju karbonske stope i da shvate LCA pristup koji je jako važan za moderne poslovne modele, a posebno za cirkularnu ekonomiju.
The goal of this short course is to enhance understanding of digital transformation as a shift in business mindset and approach. This transformation aims to improve various aspects of life, particularly by reducing the ecological impact of the food system.
By applying the LEAN management system, the course will also focus on minimizing inefficiencies and waste generation, which helps eliminate negative externalities.
Students will learn about the differences between digital transformation and digitization, emphasizing the importance of a thoughtful and systematic approach to digital transformation integrated into business strategies (including case studies).
Additionally, students will gain foundational knowledge of Internet of Things (IoT) systems and their significance, empowering them to make informed decisions about IoT architecture, particularly when using specific platforms, and to address various related challenges. Furthermore, students will have the opportunity to calculate carbon emissions and grasp the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) approach, which is crucial for modern business models, especially within the circular economy.
