This module introduces learners to the wide range of AI tools that can be used for systematic, comprehensive and quick understanding of emerging trends in ever evolving agri-food supply chain by applying foresight principles, tools and methods applied to food system. Furthermore, course is designed to leverage AI for innovation, in particular for new product development thus providing tools and frameworks for using AI-based foresight as strategic decision-making tool. Promotion of sustainability and resilience of the food systems will be integrated with the aim to inspire industry leaders to lead responsible innovation for food system wellbeing.
